Job summary

Under supervision of the Programs Director, you will coordinate Lavender Initiatives, services for student parents, campus events, and data-driven program evaluation to improve student success across campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience related to area of assignment.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community college students and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of multiple project activities to meet program expectations.
• Manage and monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Supervise and coordinate department planning and operations, including staff development and evaluation.
• Coordinate outreach to familiarize students with services and programs.
• Develop and implement methods to identify and serve students meeting project guidelines.
