Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or executive-level leadership.
• Experience building scalable programs into repeatable, measurable operations.
• Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments.
• Experience translating complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality reviews).
• Track record of operationalizing programs with external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operating cadence and execution at scale across multiple markets or regions.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Experience in partnerships, media, sports, entertainment, or creator ecosystems.

In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing high-priority strategic programs, with a near-term focus on scaling our work across Instagram, AI, and Reality Labs. You will work with partner managers across tentpole moments and support the VP of Fashion/Meta closely in all programs. You will operate in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment, translating leadership priorities into scalable playbooks, durable partner frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
