Job summary

Atlas Mobility is seeking a Program Manager to lead SPHM and Bedside Mobility Monitoring programs across multiple sites, acting as operations lead to ensure successful delivery of the SOW and satisfaction of hospital partners.

This on-site role requires collaboration with hospital leadership, Atlas Mobility staff, and internal teams; you will drive program outcomes, manage staffing, training, and reporting, and ensure compliance with AB 1136 and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an acute care or healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling/timekeeping software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital leadership and Key Points of Contact (KPOCs) across multiple facilities, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience.
• Lead the implementation and oversight of SPHM, BMM, and HAPI programs across multiple sites in alignment with the SOW.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, presentations, and program updates using Atlas reporting systems.
• Develop and manage staff 'Score Carding' systems to monitor compliance with AB 1136, OSHA requirements, and facility policies across locations.
• Oversee staffing across multiple facilities, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, corrective action, and termination.
