Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a multi-year securities operations transformation.

You will collaborate with EPMO, Global Middle Office, Technology, and third-party vendors to modernize the securities backbone (BETA, RTS, NIRA, OrderHub) and to deliver real-time settlement capabilities. The role requires strong leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams, governance with sponsors, and delivery of complex change in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-time program management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven success delivering large, complex change initiatives at program level with budgets over $2m.
• Knowledge of securities operations and post-trade lifecycle (order management, settlement, reporting).
• Familiarity with platforms such as BETA, RTS, NIRA, OrderHub or similar systems.
• Experience coordinating 50+ people across geographies/time zones; leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Identify program scope and objectives across trade lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Define scope, requirements and delivery plans for multi-platform program.
• Define projects/features and drive efficient delivery of value.
• Monitor program performance, ensure on-time, on-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Communicate progress to sponsors and steering committees, manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance and Tech to embed regulatory controls.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams and vendors; hold teams accountable.
• Manage risks, issues and escalation; resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
