Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to support day-to-day research operations within the Division of Preclinical Innovation (DPI) in Rockville, MD. This full-time role emphasizes program execution, scientific administration, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative and program experience, strong writing and communications skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Atlassian, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of administrative, program, and project support experience.
• Experience supporting operational workflows such as purchasing, communications coordination, documentation compliance, and audit readiness.
• Strong program management and strategic operational leadership with SOPs, reports, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and tracking of DPI research projects.
• Lead data compilation, analysis, and organization of scientific and program information.
• Develop internal and external communications, reports, and website content.
• Prepare briefing materials and summaries for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Attend multi-disciplinary research team meetings and functions.
• Take, compile, and edit comprehensive meeting notes and reports.
• Plan, organize, and support technical meetings to advance scientific research.
• Review short- and long-range planning proposals for alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and implement project-based activities.
