Job summary

PROSAP SYSTEMS in New Jersey is seeking a SAP S/4HANA program management leader who can coordinate across business, IT, and vendors to deliver complex, multi‑vendor initiatives.

You will own workstream roadmaps, dependencies, and governance, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery with RAIDD log management and risk mitigation through testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare. This role requires strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to break silos to align end‑to‑end processes.

• Cross Workstream Integration, Orchestration & Delivery Management
• Serve as the central point of coordination across business, IT, and vendors.
• Oversee all deliverables across project phases, and ensure business, IT enabling teams stay aligned.
• Drive cross-vendor and cross-functional coordination to ensure predictable, h igh-quality delivery.
• Manage cross system dependencies between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Break down silos and ensure end-to-end process alignment across teams.
• Maintain repository of artifacts and ensure timely quality deliverables; escrow vendor performance
• Owns workstream roadmap and major milestones and critical path, cross functional dependencies Tower Workstream Integrated Project Plan, Governance, Control & Delivery Assurance Establish and own the project plan as the source of truth to align vendors and internal teams on deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and quality gates across all phases of the program, strengthening accountability, reducing risk, and enabling predictable multi‑vendor delivery.
• Maintain the critical path, dependencies, and milestone integrity, Risks are mitigated and issues resolved
• Ensure sequencing of work across business activities, functional, technical, data, testing, cutover teams.
• Drive planning across internal teams, System Integration (SI) partners, and third-party vendors.
• Own stage gates, quality gates, deliverable acceptance, enforces delivery methodology RAIDD Log Management (Tower & Portfolio)
• Maintain the RAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) log and ensure timely updates and accuracy and escalate timely as needed.
• Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management; ensure risks are mitigated, issues resolved Change Management & Communications
• Partner with Change Management team to ensure impacts are identified and planned for delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and support adoption across teams Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment
• Own Steering Committee and Extended Leadership materials etc.
• Present status of deliverables, risks, decisions and KPIs
• Align with business sponsors and Tower Workstream Leaders, Enabling Team Leads
• Drive decision making and remove roadblocks Testing, Data, Cutover, Go Live & Hypercare Leadership
• Own transition readiness across entire program (testing, data, cutover, hypercare)
• Own the cutover strategy with the business leaders and workstream cutover plan.
• Supports go-live readiness assessment and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
• Support alignment across business, IT, and vendors for go-live.
• Oversee hypercare, stabilization and support transition to operations
