What you’ll doWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team who has demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs, who thrives operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and solving hard problems with limited oversight.
The Program Manager will be responsible for design & delivery of key programs to drive the efficiency and productivity of the Sales Development team (internal SDR and external Vendor) at Stripe. All programs are focused on eliminating inefficiency from Sales Development processes to drive incremental revenue for Stripe. Sample programs may include automation or redesign of key parts of the Sales Development workflow, implementation of new tools, program managing changes to the Sales Development operating model.
