The Program Manager I supervises all efforts to fulfill the goals and objectives of the Program, designing plans and operations according to contract and budget guidelines, overseeing resources, coordinating partners, and conducting outreach to serve participants and leverage VOALA and community assets.
Occurs on‑site; supervisors must provide direction and oversight on site.
Day‑to‑day service delivery, guidance and supervision for staff, budget oversight, project timelines, and anticipated outcomes; effectively plans workload of subordinate individuals and programs; budgets, deploys, and organizes resources.
Ensure all services to clients are properly recorded, evaluate achievement of program goals, and report to senior leadership.
Collaborates with other service providers to link various programs to community resources and supportive services.
Maintain comprehensive records of compliance with funder and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for service team development through training, policy and procedure, structured supervision, and learning collaboratives.
Identifies better, faster, and more efficient ways to achieve the mission of the program and community outreach.
