Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor I to lead program staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with contract goals on a daily basis. This on-site role focuses on supervision, data quality, and maintaining accurate case records while supporting the Director's objectives.

The Program Supervisor I provides experience‑based competencies and administrative assistance to further efforts of the program staff to fulfill the contracted goals and objectives. Program leaders are responsible to meet all program contractual daily Key Performance Indicators including daily program numbers, data quality input, note taking, exits indicators and services provided.
Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges.
As service providers to the underprivileged and vulnerable in our community, all employees are considered Mandated Reporters, and must report any instance of physical or sexual abuse to proper authorities.
