Halifax Health in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead Revenue Cycle Education, designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training across front-end to back-end processes.

The Revenue Cycle Education Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive education and training programs across all revenue cycle functions, including front-end (scheduling, registration, authorization), mid-cycle (revenue integrity, coding, charge capture) and back-end (billing, payment posting, follow-up, recovery). This role ensures delivery of educational materials and completion of developed programs in respective revenue cycle departments in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements as they are updated. Manager will collaborate with revenue cycle leaders and key staff to identify training needs, oversee the design and delivery of eLearning and instructor-led programs, and aim to continuously improve training performance. Additionally, the manager oversees programs to support staff in pursuit of professional certifications.
