Job summary

Dungarvin in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of our services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on staff orientation and ongoing training, ensuring program components are developed, implemented, and monitored to the highest standard, with direct access to the director and supervisors.

• Starting Salary$52,000.00 - $53,430.00 annually *Listed salary range is based on experience level and may vary depending on an individuals skills and qualifications.

Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The Program Manager should have direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of lead experience in the human services field
