ALTA IT is hiring a contract-to-hire role for a Product Manager within a healthcare enterprise environment. The individual manages end-to-end oversight of business initiatives, drives teams and internal projects to maintain and enhance program performance, guides stakeholders through key decisions, and facilitates process improvement to maximize ROI, customer satisfaction, and organizational metrics.

Must be a USC or GC holder per client requirement.

Pay: $70/HR

Location: 100% Remote, must reside in one of the following states: Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas.

Essential Functions

1. Manage complex programs or strategic initiatives with significant legal and/or financial impact; identify and implement process improvements.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders to launch and maintain programs; motivate project teams; foster collaboration; manage relationships.
3. Measure and report on program performance related to ROI, customer satisfaction, and other metrics; forecast and manage resources.
4. Guide stakeholders and leadership through key decisions; communicate activities internally and across partners.
