Job summary

OpenRouter, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to turn our Provider Program into a scalable product. You’ll own the provider lifecycle end to end, from sourcing and onboarding to activation, QBR, and renewal, including tiering, SLAs, and compliance cadence.

This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security, with flagship programs like MPEAP and verified/certified provider tracks.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running programs at a large organization.
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguity and scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the provider lifecycle from sourcing to renewal with SLAs.
• Design and maintain a tiering framework for providers.
• Create scalable templates, playbooks, and automated communications.
• Coordinate program-wide changes across multiple teams.
• Manage flagship programs from intake to ongoing management.
• Ensure compliance cadence and auditable obligations.
• Set team rhythm with reviews and reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security.
