Job summary

Google seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners across regions.

As a Program Manager for Program Governance and PMO, you will ensure efficient delivery of global methodologies and enforce cross-functional program requirements across all regions, tracking milestones and managing escalations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a related operational role.
  • 2 years of experience tracking project milestones, deliverables, and managing timelines.
  • 2 years of experience with documentation and process adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage the implementation of complex, cross-functional compliance, risk and assurance programs ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time, and escalations are appropriately managed.
  • Partner closely with the Functional Programs Lead to project-manage the rollout of methodology updates, tracking execution and holding regional and central authors accountable for providing deliverables and updates on time to prevent documentation drift.
  • Provide structural project management support to the Integration Lead and Technical Lead for complex, multi-region operational deployments, intake routing, and crisis remediation plans.
  • Track and iteratively improve program delivery and efficiency highlighting opportunities for improvement and working with regional and functional leads to approve process improvement opportunities.
  • Enforce documentation and run the business requirements across core tools and platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will achieve this by meticulously tracking and monitoring key functional methodologies and milestones, managing escalations, and ensuring adherence to program standards.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
