• Facilitate design and implementation of new/modified process models and organizational structures.
• Manage and lead cross-functional process teams to achieve results.
• Develop new process capabilities and oversee program operations and training.
• Conduct operational assessments, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee project management activities, analytics reviews, and milestone tracking.
