Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, including training activities.
• Coordinates daily work activities and monitors progress; provides guidance on complex situations.
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and policies; enforces safety procedures.
• Plans, organizes, and supervises community recreation, athletic, and therapeutic programs and events.
• Manages registrations, finances, and facility reservations; prepares budget and reports.
