DCS Corp is seeking a Principal Program Manager to support AFLCMC/ES and AFPEO/ES initiatives, with a focus on acquisition, lifecycle management, and program execution across multiple USAF programs. DCS has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/ES). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Electronic Systems (AFPEO/ES) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO ES portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO ES is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.
In this position you will need to possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field and possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline. You will provide Program Management support to assist Government Program Managers in meeting guidance in FAR, DoDI 5000.02 and other applicable documents and regulations, systems and guides. You will assist in the development, maintenance, and revisions to acquisition reports for Government Program Office requirements and special interest programs designated by the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) and in compliance with DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101_20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management, and associated AFPAM 63-128, Integrated Life Cycle Management.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 20 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 10 of which must be in the DoD OR 30+ years of directly related experience, 12 of which must be in the DoD.
Must have Active Secret Clearance
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 15 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 8 years of which must be in the DoD
Considered a Subject Matter Expert in Air Force acquisition programs
There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
Salary Range: $123,639 - $190,000
