Tech Mahindra in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Technical Project / Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology programs across automotive lending, servicing, payments, dealer platforms, data and digital transformation initiatives.

You will own end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and executive reporting while partnering with business, product, engineering, data, risk, compliance, operations and vendors to

• 5+ years of program management experience in enterprise technology
• Experience leading programs across multi-domain tech stacks (lending, payments, data, digital platforms)
• Strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills

2. Own end to end program planning, execution, governance, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive level reporting.
3. Partner closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third party vendors to drive successful program outcomes.
4. Drive strong program and portfolio governance, including delivery metrics, KPIs, SLAs, controls, escalation mechanisms, and standardized management reporting.

he pay range for this role is $130,000-$140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
