Job description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Manager.

This is an exempt remote position in support of a government customer in the Norfolk, VA area.

ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• The PM serves as the primary point of contact and is responsible for management and oversight of the contract and project management support.
• Develops work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversees deployment of all program criteria.
• Interacts with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership.
• Responsible for program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing, and team building.
• Identifies opportunities to provide additional services.
• Assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodologies.
• Provides accounting operations support, conducts in-depth research into accounting discrepancies, and cleanup efforts.

Experience Required:

• Serving as the main point of contact and overall performance management.
• Significant experience supporting DOD/DoN in all phases of C4 systems implementation.
• Manage large teams supporting multiple sites.
• Experience in program management, design, production, logistics, installation, and testing/evaluation procedures.
• Managing a large staff in a program office environment with diverse tasks.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
• Managing vendor tasks and reviewing vendor deliverables.
• Clear understanding of C4 environment, policies, and systems, including Navy-related organizations/systems.
• Recommending and acting on solutions to problems, advising senior leadership on IT strategies.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Minimum active SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Science, IT Management, or Program/Project Management.
• 10+ years of IT program management experience.
• Active PMP/PMI certification.
• Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
