Job summary

Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc is seeking a Program Manager to join our project support team to manage assigned Task Order(s). You will provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the project and oversee scope, cost, schedule, and performance.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience managing complex task orders in IT/consulting environments. U.S. Citizenship, Secret clearance, and PMP are required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree (or 4 additional years of related experience).
• Five years of relevant leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must have a current PMP certification or equivalent.
• Security+ CE Certification.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Manager for large, complex task orders and coordinate with Government Contracting, Task Order Managers, and customer agency representatives.
• Oversee overall management of task orders ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented timely.
• Act as primary point of contact and escalation for assigned projects.
• Maintain project documentation; track status, risks, and issues; keep government lead informed.
• Supervise assigned project staff and develop technical project plans, proposals, and reports.
• Review future requirements and develop strategies for future work.
• Ensure quality assurance of deliverables and stay current with relevant technologies.

This position will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The role will also be responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and performance of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as the ProgramManager for a large, complex task order(s) and works with the Government Contracting, Task Order Managers, and customer agency representatives.
• Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
• Primary point of contact and point of escalation for assigned project(s).
• Maintain project documentation and ensure status, risks, and issues are kept up to date for project while proactively keeping assigned government lead informed.
• Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks.
• Supervises assigned project staff.
• Develop technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
• Review future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
• Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS/Office 365, MS/Teams, MS/SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, solid presentation skills and technical writing skills are a must.
• Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e., self-motivated, and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Minimum Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Security Clearance:

• BS or BA degree orfour (4) additional years of related experience.
• Five (5) years relevant experience, including leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the Customer Service, IT and/or consulting fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity.
• Must either currently possess a current/active Secret Security Clearance OR be willing and able to acquire a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must have a current/active Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or other recognized industry certification).
• Security+ CE Certification.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
