Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Manager, Commercial Pharmacy Logistics to coordinate operational projects supporting commercial pharmacy logistics, automation, and centralized service center initiatives. You will partner across pharmacy operations, supply chain, engineering, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project execution, readiness, compliance, and performance.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of measurable outcomes in a healthcare logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, pharmacy operations, industrial engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of healthcare supply chain, pharmacy operations, logistics, or related experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving automation systems and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Manage projects supporting commercial pharmacy logistics and centralized service center operations.
Evaluate workflows, metrics, and challenges to improve throughput, inventory accuracy, and costs.
Coordinate facility design including space utilization and automation readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement logistics processes across receiving to distribution.
Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methods.
