Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, pharmacy operations, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive healthcare supply chain, pharmacy operations, logistics, or related environments.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects involving automation systems and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects supporting commercial pharmacy logistics and centralized pharmacy service center operations.
• Evaluate workflows and metrics to identify throughput, inventory, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Coordinate facility design activities including workflow analysis, storage, space utilization, and automation integration.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement and maintain logistics processes across receiving, inventory, storage, fulfillment, returns and distribution.
