Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal onboarding lifecycle for system partners.
  • Coordinate onboarding with BDEs, regional sales, and strategy stakeholders.
  • Track onboarding progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Govern POS data submissions via Partner Portal and Model N.
  • Align onboarding and POS workflows across Salesforce, Partner Portal, and Model N.
  • Create SOPs and drive continuous improvement.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager – Partner Operations to lead strategic initiatives and operational enhancements across AMD’s partner management ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving improvements in partner onboarding, POS data governance, and cross-platform process integration while ensuring operational excellence across key business systems. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance overall partner engagement and business performance.

The Person

The ideal candidate is a proactive program management professional with a passion for operational excellence and process optimization. He/she possesses strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has experience working with partner relationship management (PRM) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving initiatives from concept through execution while maintaining a strong focus on data governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Internal Partner Onboarding Oversight:
    • Lead and coordinate the complete internal onboarding lifecycle for system partners, ensuring efficient and successful integration into AMD’s partner ecosystem.
    • Partner with Business Development Executives (BDEs), Regional Sales teams, and Business Management Strategy stakeholders to align onboarding activities and requirements.
    • Track onboarding progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones.
  • POS Data Governance and Compliance:
    • Manage the intake, validation, and governance of Point-of-Sale (POS) data submissions through Partner Portal and Model N platforms.
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual obligations and business requirements.
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting quality.
  • Cross-Platform Process Integration:
    • Align onboarding and POS data workflows across Salesforce, Partner Portal, and Model N environments.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance system interoperability.
    • Support the implementation of new process enhancements and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Enablement:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal business teams and external partners for onboarding and operational support activities.
    • Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and collaboration across functional teams to drive successful program outcomes.
    • Lead and support key initiatives focused on continuous improvement and partner experience enhancement.
  • Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow maps.
    • Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.
    • Recommend and implement best practices that improve scalability, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
