Job summary

Xometry is hiring a Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional programs that boost efficiency and scale our manufacturing platform in Lexington, Kentucky. You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success to implement improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will develop KPIs, create detailed project plans, manage budgets and risks, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
