• Provide support for Alliance activities including data collection and basic data analysis.
• Assist with drafting portions of grant proposals and project documents.
• Track program metrics, maintain data/databases, and manage basic budgets.
• Provide consistent outreach to community members; other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Program Manager role is focused on engagement, program coordination, and partnership development. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate community-focused programs, events, and outreach initiatives designed to strengthen relationships between the organization and community partners. This role is responsible for planning educational events, seminars, workshops, and health fairs; managing communications and logistics; developing and maintaining community partnerships; tracking program outcomes; and supporting basic budget management. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
