• Lead global implementation of Greener shops programming and drive marketplace adoption with short-, mid-, and long-term goals plus continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, supply chain, public affairs, communications, finance, and other teams to advance Greener stores initiatives and advise senior leaders on strategy.
• Manage and coach teams – set expectations, provide feedback, and model leadership behavior while guiding running teams.
