This position will travel frequently throughout OhioRise Catchment area C that includes the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Greene, Logan, Madison, Miami, and Shelby.

OhioRISE Program Manager; LSW or LPC

The OhioRISE Program Manager aims to keep youth in their homes, communities, and schools by assessing and delivering appropriate services, reducing unnecessary out-of-home placements and custody relinquishment. The manager supervises OhioRISE Care Coordinator Supervisors, ensures quality service delivery through onboarding, training, monitoring outcomes, and overseeing compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Care Coordinator Supervisors and assume interim roles as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Multi-System Youth applications.
  • Monitor program outcomes, including value-based contracts.
  • Onboard new Care Coordinators and supervisors, ensuring they meet training and credentialing requirements.
  • Oversee documentation training, including Care Plans, ensuring clinical appropriateness.
  • Provide consultation and remedial training to address performance issues.
  • Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and support system development.
  • Participate in CQI activities, including process development and outcome measurement.
  • Maintain knowledge of IT systems related to OhioRISE.
  • Collaborate with support departments to improve program operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports for program improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services field.
  • LSW or LPC required; LISW or LPCC preferred.
  • Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in OhioRISE.
  • Residency in or near OhioRISE Catchment Area C.
  • Experience in staff training relevant to program operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage interpersonal conflicts.
  • Proficiency with computers and software including MS Office.
Other Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Catchment Area C and statewide occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and on-call.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum auto insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
