What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of a unified strategy to grow Maintenance Agreements across all Service regions
  • Serve as the corporate owner of MA program direction, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Service objectives
  • Analyze business trends, customer insights, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and facilitate the commercialization process across key service lines and vertical markets
  • Collaborate with regional and district leaders, account managers, and service teams to drive field adoption and execution
  • Recommend program enhancements based on operational performance, customer feedback, and field insights
  • Champion a customer-first mindset by shaping an MA experience that is seamless, intuitive, and value-driven across all touchpoints
  • Resolve program challenges with proactive solutions that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Service Operations, HR, Sales, and Daikin factories to optimize workflows and support service delivery growth
  • Equip field teams with training and resources to ensure confident, consistent execution of Maintenance Agreements
  • Support internal and external promotion of Maintenance Agreements through collaboration with marketing and field teams
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 to 6 years of experience working on programs, sales support, contracts, or projects with different teams
  • Experience should show you can help build strategy, support field teams, and work well across departments to improve customer experience and business results
  • This position does not offer work visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Technical field
  • Experience in HVAC, building services, or a commercial/industrial environment with a solid understanding of service operations and field execution
  • Proven background in sales enablement, customer lifecycle management, or go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, support field execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and business performance
  • Experience leading or contributing to program development, contract growth, or cross-functional product/project management efforts

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from$90,000k - $148,800K + up to 15% bonus in US. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
