Job Title: Program Manager of Energy Infrastructure Development

The Program Manager of Energy Infrastructure Development will oversee critical solution engineering for Einride's energy and charging infrastructure projects. This role involves leading the US Energy & Charging Infrastructures team, supporting site design and construction, vendor management, and overseeing investment plans through construction phases.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing EV infrastructure design specifications to identify product solutions and prepare cost models for sales proposals.
• Supporting operations and vendor teams in generating technical quotations, including:
• - Reviewing high-level distributed energy asset designs and facilitating vendor and investor participation during feasibility phases.
• - Overseeing high-level charging solution designs tailored to fleet charging profiles.
• Soliciting vendor quotations to establish cost baselines and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Developing project cost models, cash flows, and revenue estimates for charging hub operations.
• Maintaining opportunity pipelines, energy demand forecasts, and development reports for hubs and third-party contracts.
• Supporting go/no-go decisions aligned with business growth and customer solutions goals.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with renewable energy industry experience. IPP origination or MEP management experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical power equipment applications, construction cost estimation, or related electrical solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management, contracting, and relationship monitoring.
• Experience with electric vehicle charging technologies, hardware selection, and fleet applications preferred.
• Proven ability to manage vendor contracts, bid materials, and solicitations.
• Basic knowledge of financing, XaaS revenue models, and equipment leasing.
• Experience working with EPC firms, property developers, or Charge Point Operators is a plus.

This remote position supports within the eastern or central US time zones and may require light travel for site visits. Reporting to the VP of E&CI for North America, we encourage prompt applications as interviews are ongoing.
