Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources invites registered nurses for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center services in support of the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval facilities. Hybrid remote work from home with in-person visits as needed.

You will review cases, educate patients on appropriate care, and help manage health care costs for dependents of active duty personnel and eligible retirees. WA RN license and CPUR/CCM certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Nursing Degree required.
• Active unrestricted WA RN license or compact license.
• At least 2 years' experience as a UMRN or CCM preferred.
• CPUR or CCM certifications required or in progress.
• Access to secure, high-speed internet required.
• Highly organized, self-directed in high-volume environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-line scheduling and military appointment lines.
• Work remote/hybrid with some in-person visits to Bremerton Naval facilities.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Registered Nurses for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services in support of the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval.

Job Aspects

• These will be hybrid (remote) roles, working from home and some in person visits to Bremerton Naval
• The Nurse will be reviewing cases, educating patients on appropriate care and managing health care costs for the dependents of our Nation's Active Duty and eligible retirees.
• The Nurse will be working remotely/hybridMonday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
• Multi-line scheduling, military appointment lines

Requirements

• Bachelors Nursing Degree
• Active unrestricted Washington RN license or compact license
• At least 2 years' experience working as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Possess current certification in either
  • Completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) issued by the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
• Must have access to secure, high speed internet
• Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in high volume environment without distractions
• Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
