We are excited to welcome a dedicated Program Manager to our team.Our Program Managers are responsible to lead a combination of preschool and school-age program that is child-centered and family friendly. This position requires a high-level of administrative skill and leadership capabilities to ensure program quality is maintained.
School:Merit School of Leeland Station
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00- $20.00 per hour.
The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.

Conducts daily program observations and assessments.
Assists with classroom coverage as needed.
Abilities to collaborate and communicate effectively with Center leadership.
Attends training, workshops, and/or college courses as identified in their individual training plan. This plan will be developed by the Center Director in consultation with the Program Manager and possibly the Educational Specialist.
