The Molina Medicare Stars Program Manager oversees, plans, and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs. Responsible for Medicare Stars projects involving enterprise, department, or cross-functional teams, delivering impactful initiatives from design to outcomes measurement. Monitors programs from inception through delivery, may engage external vendors, and directs system analysis and program staff. The role primarily focuses on project/program management for Stars Program and Quality Improvement activities.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $142,549 / ANNUAL. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and skills.
