Req#: 6AF57D08DB The Jacuzzi Group, renowned for its innovation in the wellness products industry, is seeking a dedicated Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting new business sales activities for the North America Spa Division. This role will be critical in ensuring the execution of market development plans, developing business development resources for field sales team, NBD pipeline management SalesForce.com (CRM) and driving incremental sales in new or underserved markets. As the main point of contact for both Business Development and Field sales; the Senior Manager will be vital in ensuring communication, logistical and operational tactics are executed between cross functional departments. This role requires a high level of organization, project management, field/event marketing experience and time management to help the Business Development team deliver strategic and financial goals. In addition, this role will have responsibility in managing the New Business pipeline, budget expenses and new business sales reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all back-office aspects of the North America Business Development plan
- Capitalize on marketing, brand and field team infrastructure, SalesForce.com and B2B Microsites, to support sales growth and increase Jacuzzi Brands share in Major North American markets
- Manage contracts and operating agreements for distribution partners and service/install partners
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to establish outbound B2B marketing campaigns for potential prospects and channel partners
- Responsible for managing scheduling of events, sales budget, expenses, and sales tracking
- Manage vendor partners that deliver Business Intelligence Tools, Direct Mail and Dealer Start up kits
- Responsible for sales presentations incorporating marketing, market specific analysis and value proposition by brand for RM team
- Process Dealer Credits and Debits for various market activities
- Additional duties as assigned
Compensation is based on experience; $127,000+ bonus potential
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with Business/Marketing/Finance/Communications major or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Field Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Sales Operations related roles
- Project Management/Event Management experience required
- CRM and Pipeline tracking experience preferred
- Excellent project management, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong at execution, follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines, and enjoys a challenge
- Thorough knowledge of B2B marketing principles, execution and presentation tools
- Ability to operate effectively, efficiently, prioritize objectives, and be a leader in a cross functional team environment
- Thorough knowledge of financial, ROI and ROMS evaluations for growth investments
- Comprehensive knowledge of SalesForce.Com optimization and sales pipelines, reporting and communication
- General knowledge of performance reporting, analytics, and B2B evaluation metrics
