Our intelligent customer data platform (CDP) drives revenue growth and operational efficiency across the enterprise to deliver powerful business outcomes. We are thrilled that Forrester has recognized Treasure Data as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Data Platforms For B2C. It’s an honor to be acknowledged for our efforts in advancing the CDP industry with cutting-edge AI and real-time capabilities. Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.

Your Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build, own, and optimize our marketing systems and processes with HubSpot Marketing Hub and our own proprietary AI-native CDP at the center of our demand engine. This role is responsible for turning strategy into scalable, data-driven execution across the full lead lifecycle. You will serve as the system owner for HubSpot Marketing Hub, and other integrated tools, designing the architecture, governance, and operating model that Marketing, Sales, and RevOps rely on every day. You will translate business requirements into AI-native workflows, automation, and data structures that enable predictable pipeline generation and clear performance insights.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day administration and long-term roadmap for all marketing systems and tools, centered on HubSpot’s Marketing Hub and our own proprietary AI-native customer data platform
  • Design and maintain lifecycle stages, lead and account scoring models, and routing rules that align with our go-to-market strategy
  • Build, optimize, and document AI-driven workflows for lead capture, enrichment, nurture, handoff to Sales, and post-sales engagement
  • Manage the infrastructure for emails, landing pages, forms, and subscriptions, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and deliverability
  • Define and enforce data standards, perform regular data quality audits, and partner with RevOps and IT on integrations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for funnel health, campaign performance, and attribution, enabling data-driven decisions across go-to-market teams
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage complementary martech tools and integrations that extend the value of HubSpot
  • Enable and train stakeholders on best practices, processes, and usage of all marketing systems, tools and reporting
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years in Marketing Operations or related role within an Enterprise SaaS B2B environment
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (admin-level configuration, workflows, and reporting) and a proven record of successfully implementing and operating new tools, systems and reporting more generally
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and funnel metrics in the context of managing a connected marketing tech stack
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into system, process and reporting improvements
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams, and who documents processes thoroughly
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and align with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
Physical Requirements

Must be in the office at least 3x per week.

Travel Requirements

1-2 in-person team meetings per quarter in one of our major regions: Americas, Japan or EMEA.

Perks And Benefits (US)

Our benefit package showcases our culture of care and empathy with:

  • Restricted Stock Units (RSU)
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO)
  • Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave including a post-partum night nurse
