As a Program Manager, you will own how General Matter's manufacturing & production organizations builds its operating rhythm, acting as a thought partner to that leader on priorities, decisions, and day-to-day execution. You'll play a critical role keeping a fast-moving engineering org aligned, unblocked, and focused as General Matter works to build a domestic supply of enriched uranium and secure America's energy future. This role requires exceptional initiative, structured thinking, and communication skills — you'll turn ambiguity into clear plans, design the processes that let an engineering org scale, and ramp quickly on technical and regulatory subject matter. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and operates independently with limited direction.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 annually.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base payisdetermined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a401(k) retirementplan.
