Job summary

Community Reach Center is hiring a Program Manager, Justice, Accountability and Recovery (JAR) to lead clinical programs serving individuals with behavioral health needs and justice involvement. The role requires clinical oversight, staff coaching, and collaboration with probation and court partners.

The Manager will oversee budgets, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with local and state leaders to advance program goals in Colorado. A Master’s degree and licensure are required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a directly related field is required.
  • LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
  • 2+ years of direct clinical experience is required.
  • 2+ years clinical supervision, coaching, and knowledge of policy issues regarding mental health.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards for the multidisciplinary team.
  • Train and evaluate staff to maintain quality and development.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of medical records and case management services for consumers.
  • Provide direct consumer consultation and care utilizing evidence-based models; develop and modify programs as required.
  • Participate in the selection process for program staff.
  • Coach employees to improve performance and apply disciplinary measures when needed.
  • Maintain and distribute program budget.
  • Conduct timely audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with policy makers and providers to assess needs and develop programming.

About the Role:

The Program Manager, Justice, Accountability and Recovery (JAR) (“Manager”) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s (“Clinical”) Division. The Manager under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the operation of clinical program(s) using evidence based/evidence-informed approaches to assist individuals with behavioral health needs and Justice involvement. The Manager collaborates and coordinates with Justice based partners (Probation/Parole courts etc.) team functions and community activities to enhance the quality of treatment consumers receive and ensure compliance with company goals. The Manager has administrative oversight of the team including financial, resource and facilities management. Additionally, the Manager will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Clinical Director.

Essential Functions:
  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards to ensure the multi-disciplinary team is meeting internal and external customer needs, in a professional manner that recognizes the human potential for growth and change.
  • Train and evaluate staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity. Develop long and short-term goals for the team that are consistent with program and organizational goals.
  • Ensures accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers. Advocates appropriate services for consumers.
  • Provide direct consumer consultation and care utilizing evidence based best practice models; develop, evaluate, and modify programs as required.
  • Participates in the selection process for internal and external candidates for program staff.
  • Provide coaching to ensure all employees perform at satisfactory levels, identify when discipline is appropriate and utilize catalytic coaching to evaluate employees.
  • Maintain and distribute program budget.
  • Conduct timely audits to ensure compliance with company goals and policies, State and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and coordination.
  • Collaborates with local and state policy makers, community leaders and providers in the treatment focus area to assess needs and develop and implement programming as determined to be necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field is required
  • LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required
  • 2+ years of direct clinical experience is required
  • 2+ years clinical supervision, general performance coaching, facilitation of group processes, and understanding state and local policy issues regarding mental health and children/adult systems of care
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required,
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Schedule:

M-F 8-5pm. Some travel between locations and to external meetings.

Salary Information:

$84,500-$90,000/yr

Eligible for $250/month Bilingual Stipend
