Community Reach Center in Thornton, CO is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BHT) to join our Residential Services division. The BHT will provide milieu management, skills training, and support to individuals with mental health conditions in a therapeutic environment.
You will document interventions, assist with medication administration per Colorado regulations, and coordinate care with families and staff while participating in supervision and training opportunities.

The Behavioral Technician (“BHT”) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Residential Services (“Division”) Division. The Clinician provides milieu management services to promote a safe, therapeutic environment utilizing psychiatric rehabilitation and other evidence-based practice models.
Starting Pay Range: $25-$28 per hour + shift differential
Eligible for $250/month Bilingual Stipend
