Our client is a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate and investment management. They shape the future of real estate using advanced technology to create rewarding opportunities, innovative spaces, and sustainable solutions for clients, employees, and communities. The company is a Fortune 500 with $18.0 billion in revenue, operating in over 80 countries with a global workforce of more than 93,000 as of December 31, 2019.

They are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid in Chicago, IL. As a key member of the L&D team, the role involves delivering intern development programs across the Americas, primarily in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include implementing existing early career programs and identifying new development needs to ensure programs are aligned with future business requirements.

Key Stakeholders: Global L&D and Early Careers teams, Talent Acquisition, People Experience Partners, HR Operations, Business Leaders, Interns.

Responsibilities
  1. Program Development & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of learning needs, delivery, and adoption of early career programs across all business lines. Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders and share insights to tailor programs effectively. Deliver development programs for intern managers to enhance leadership and conversion rates.
  2. Instructional Design, Facilitation & Execution: Leverage global L&D content, tailor for early career professionals, facilitate in-person and virtual training using adult learning principles, and manage logistics including scheduling, registration, and attendance. Track and report program performance using tools like MyLearning, Avature, and Workday.
  3. Marketing & Communications: Create marketing assets (social media, email templates, videos, toolkits), develop content for newsletters and internal channels, coordinate with marketing teams, and manage intern swag and content sites.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Articulate program stories aligned with business needs, motivate learners, and ensure content aligns with global strategies through close collaboration with global teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing personal development or early careers programs.
  • Facilitation experience in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in designing communication strategies and templates.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms, preferably Workday.
