Collins Aerospace, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Program Manager – Landing Gear Miami Commercial to lead aftermarket programs including Piece Part Repair and A350 overhaul readiness. You will work across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and customers to ensure commitments and position for future demand.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and managing customer relationships.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned commercial programs, including the Piece Part Repair portfolio and A350 overhaul sampling program, developing and executing strategic plans aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Drive A350 overhaul readiness by coordinating cross-functional activities related to capacity, capability, material, tooling, processes, and suppliers; identify gaps and lead actions to ensure readiness for future overhaul demand.
• Own customer and supplier relationships, serving as a key interface for program performance, forecasts, schedules, delivery commitments, commercial issues, escalations and recovery plans while driving customer satisfaction.
• Manage program financial and operational performance, including sales, EBIT, OTD, WIP, quality, inventory, rotables, and other applicable KPIs. Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and lead recovery actions.
• Lead forecasting, business planning, and commercial activities, including sales forecasts, strategic customer profiles, contract amendments, new contract introductions, and support for commercial negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional execution, leading cost-reduction and improvement initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Provide clear program status, risks, opportunities, and required actions to leadership.
