Job summary

ManTech is seeking a motivated Program Manager- Cyber in the Chantilly, VA area to lead and oversee all aspects of the SOW for a large IT program in the intelligence community.

The role requires a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance, a STEM bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of IT program management experience, and strong communication skills to engage with customers at all levels. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage schedules, and ensure compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
• Experience with cyber defense.
• 10+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager for a large (>150 FTE), complex IT program within the intelligence community.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers at all levels.
