Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Program Manager - Infrastructure/Tools to lead internal tools and marketing operations. You will define requirements, drive development of employee-facing platforms, cross-functional tools, and infrastructure products that serve other teams internally.

You will collaborate with Software, Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Legal; oversee ISO documentation and the Marketing SOP Handbook; monitor KPIs and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; marketing/business degree acceptable with process engineering experience.
• 5-8 years in product management, process engineering, program management, or operations in hardware industry.
• Hands-on with servers/components or data center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and drive internal tools and processes to improve marketing and sales efficiency.
• Lead process reengineering to optimize marketing and sales workflows.
• Manage ISO compliance documentation and WIPs; support ISO audits.
• Own Marketing SOP handbook and align with cross-functional teams to standardize processes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance; monitor program performance.
