Job summary

GVI Inc. seeks a Program Manager in Washington, DC to lead a high-visibility contract supporting CBP's Integrated Logistics Division. You will oversee repair, maintenance, warehousing, and procurement activities ensuring readiness and mission effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, U.S. citizenship, and BI eligibility, with eight+ years of government contract experience in logistics and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Eligibility to obtain a fully adjudicated Background Investigation (BI).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, direction, and management for all contract actions supporting the CBP Integrated Logistics Division.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and Government Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and CBP leadership.
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, and warehouse operations in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ensure successful execution of multiple complex, interrelated projects while maintaining cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting equipment repair, sustainment, inventory management, supply chain operations, and technical logistics.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare and present program status reports, performance metrics, and executive briefings.
