Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an Operations Manager in Lorton, VA to oversee day-to-day logistics, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse operations supporting CBP ILD.

The role emphasizes contract compliance, workforce effectiveness, and timely delivery of mission-critical services to sustain CBP border security technologies. Strong leadership and coordination with Government representatives are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract logistics and maintenance operations.
• Experience coordinating with government personnel and managing multiple complex tasks.
• Knowledge of quality, inventory control, and asset accountability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ILD operations including repair, logistics, procurement, and warehouse activities.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams for equipment repair, testing, inspection, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely repair and return-to-service of CBP technologies to maximize readiness.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and government-furnished equipment accountability.
• Prepare operational reports and status briefings for leadership and government stakeholders.
