Job summary

Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality (AACRE) seeks a Program Manager to oversee SFRRN grants and contracts and support network operations across eight partners in San Francisco. The role partners with community organizations, coalitions, and government agencies to ensure program success.

The position reports to the MD of Programs and supervises the SFILEN & SFRRN Program Coordinator. A 4-year degree and 2–3 years of related program management experience are required, along with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of program management experience nurturing immigrant rights coalitions.
• Ability to facilitate consensus and manage external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage SFRRN contracts and grants.
• Host regular SFRRN meetings with stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure program activities, deliverables, and reports meet funder requirements.
• Supervise the SFILEN & SFRRN Program Coordinator.
• Develop and maintain systems and tracking tools for network operations.
• Coordinate with AACRE and CAA leadership on contract implementation.
• Assist with budget planning and expense tracking for SFRRN funding.
• Support monthly invoicing, reporting, and documentation processes.
