Job summary

Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality (AACRE) seeks a Program Manager to lead the SFRRN grants and contract portfolio and support operations across eight network partners. You will collaborate with community organizations, coalitions, and city agencies to ensure program success and timely reporting.

The role supervises the SFILEN & SFRRN Program Coordinator and works closely with AACRE leadership and the SFILEN Program Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in related or relevant field.
Strong administrative background, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with immigrant rights campaigns and working with immigrant communities.

Responsibilities

Manage SFRRN Contracts and Grants, including agenda setting and follow-up with decision makers and partners.
Coordinate with SFILEN and SFRRN Program Coordinator to ensure timely invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
Oversee and supervise the SFILEN & SFRRN Program Coordinator and coordinate with AACRE and CAA leadership on contract implementation; budgeting and reporting.
Coordinate external relations with partner organizations and city agencies to ensure effective rapid response operations.
Develop and maintain systems, processes, and tools to support efficient network operations and communications.
Provide training and onboarding for dispatchers and support staff, updating materials as policies change.
Lead or support community campaigns related to immigrant rights and coordination with partners.
