Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus is seeking a Program Manager III to provide strategic program management across Nursing Education programs. This role will focus on higher-level program management, stakeholder support, process improvement, and cross-program coordination.

This position offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, and opportunities to engage with leadership. The role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days and a standard 8:00AM–5:00PM workday, supporting the workforce pipeline

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

The Program Manager III will provide strategic program management support across Nursing Education programs. This role will focus on higher-level program management, stakeholder support, process improvement, and cross-program coordination. The team is seeking a more agile and versatile Program Manager who can support students and faculty while also providing support across additional nursing education programs that currently have limited program management resources. This role will allow for an experienced Program Manager to make a broad impact across Nursing Education, helping shape and support the student-to-nurse pipeline while influencing multiple high-visibility programs.

A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM | hybrid: in office three days per week following the 90-day on-site orientation period.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience
  • OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • APC
  • Program Manager II background
  • Experience with continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio or other project mapping software
  • Experience working as part of a hybrid team
  • Ability to communicate programmatic messaging and data in various formats (infographics, charts, dashboards, slide decks, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50
