Compensation

The US salary range is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is role, level, and location-dependent, with specifics shared during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, HR, and Strategic Operations teams to optimize headcount and costs, balancing supply chain needs.
• Lead process improvement projects based on NPI business needs, collaborating with NPI and Test teams.
• Drive portfolio initiatives and performance improvements within Product Operations.
• Communicate strategic updates across the organization, including executive-level communication.
• Establish and manage operational processes and metrics for organizational effectiveness.
