Job summary

MB Solutions inc is seeking a seasoned program manager to coordinate DoD health systems initiatives. The role involves interfacing with BUMED directorates, managing the project as the primary COR contact, and facilitating kickoff meetings to set Quality Control and Program Management Plans.

The candidate should hold a Master’s or Bachelor's degree with extensive DoD experience, PMP certification, and a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 10+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 15+ years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers or in DoD-related areas; health systems experience preferred.
• PMP certification.
• SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BUMED directorates to integrate work across Echelon levels and with Fleet/MC assets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the COR and interface with the BUMED COR regularly.
• Meet with BUMED COR within one week of task order award to discuss and draft Quality Control and Program Management Plans for approval.

Job description

Functional Responsibility:

• Responsible for working with BUMED directorates at Echelon II to integrate work at Echelon I, BUMED Echelons (III-V), and with the Fleet and Marine Corps on similar efforts.
• Manage the project and be the primary point of contact for the COR.
• Interface directly with the BUMED COR on a regular basis (to be coordinated with the COR during the project kick off meeting).
• Meet with BUMED COR, within one week of task order award, to discuss the Quality Control Plan and the Program Management Plan leading to drafts for final approval.

Minimum Education and Experience requirements:

• Master's degree plus 10 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers or in DoD-related areas; experience with health systems is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• SECRET security required
