Job summary

Markesman Group seeks a Program Manager (PM) for a prospective contract at Ft. Meade, Maryland.

The PM will be the main liaison with CO/COR and Government PM, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance success while directing skilled technical resources and delivering clear progress, issues, and technical reports. The Level 2 PM will allocate resources, review financials, ensure cross-discipline integration, and support the Government with baseline and risk management activities to optimize

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience as a program or project manager for programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000, and ICD 801 policies.
• Experience managing funds/resources with complex reporting (EVMS).
• Experience leading multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (staff, facilities, budgets) on the contract.
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, Funds, and man-hour expenditure reports.
• Review and allocate management reserves within contractual limits.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs.
• Coordinate preparation of ECPs and value engineering proposals.
• Provide input to statutory acquisition reports and Congressional QFRs.
• Provide contractor input to QA surveillance plan reviews or award fee reviews.
