Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to own and execute planning initiatives across Labor and Equipment Planning for 700+ TOM-managed yards across the US and Canada. You will partner with labor planning, equipment planning, fleet strategy, TOM operations, S&OP, finance, analytics, and more to optimize workforce deployment and planning accuracy.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Own program execution for your area - setting priorities, making trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, and communicating effectively to Managers and Senior Managers.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps and coordinate execution of rollouts.
Manage implementation across a group of cross-functional stakeholders.
Contribute to OP1/OP2 narratives while providing ongoing operational support.
Use data and metrics to track program health, identify improvements, and report results to leadership.
Partner with field leadership to translate model outputs into actionable execution guidance and close the loop on variance to plan.
